Responsibilities
- Lead customer-centric demonstrations that build buyer confidence and accelerate deal conversion.
- Own the full pre-sales process from initial demo through Proof of Concept.
- Translate complex technical capabilities into compelling narratives for executives, influencers, and end users.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to shape differentiated customer experiences.
- Improve demo effectiveness, messaging, and engagement through market, product, and customer insight.
- Ensure smooth handoffs from pre-sales to post-sale delivery.
- Develop customer stories that strengthen credibility and support new opportunities.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales Engineering or a similar pre-sales role.
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and multi-layered decision-making processes.
- Demonstrated credibility as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior leaders in large, global organizations.
- Strong interest in learning and evangelizing technology solutions for complex business challenges.
- Highly organized, collaborative, and execution-oriented.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Azure, and AI-driven tools.
- Experience in legal technology or professional services is preferred.
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS sales cycles and procurement processes is preferred.
- Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles exceeding six figures is preferred.
- Experience with demo automation tools or interactive product experience platforms is preferred.
