Responsibilities
- Conduct product and technology due diligence for private equity transactions.
- Assess the strength, scalability, and differentiation of target product and technology platforms.
- Support portfolio leadership teams with product-led value creation and technology modernization plans.
- Advise on how software, data, and AI capabilities can drive value across the deal lifecycle.
- Work directly with investment professionals, CTOs, CPOs, BCG case teams, and industry experts.
- Contribute technical insight and strategic thinking to high-impact investment and technology decisions.
Requirements
- Typically 3–5 years of experience in technology strategy, product management, software engineering, or digital transformation.
- Background in consulting is typically expected.
- Familiarity with data and AI/ML technologies and their role in product differentiation and business scalability.
- Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, customer focus, mental agility, and results orientation.
- Ability to propose innovative ideas, build empathy, and earn client trust.
- University degree in a STEM-related field or business management; advanced degrees are advantageous.
