Responsibilities
- Direct the development and implementation of complex business processes on ServiceNow.
- Analyze business requirements throughout all stages of development.
- Implement, configure, customize, integrate, and maintain Now Platform solutions.
- Participate in project activities as a ServiceNow developer.
- Design ServiceNow solution architecture and potentially lead consultant teams during projects.
- Initiate discussions and oversee projects through post-go-live activities.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of ServiceNow implementation experience and comprehensive knowledge of Now Platform architecture.
- Advanced ServiceNow CAD or CIS certification.
- Experience with product customization, integrations, implementation, or maintenance.
- Demonstrated experience with at least two programming languages, including JavaScript, C#, Java, or others.
- Advanced understanding of ITSM and knowledge of software-development best practices.
- Thorough understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in English.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical or economics field.
- German or another European language is advantageous but not mandatory.
