Responsibilities
- Design and implement global SAP S/4 warehousing template processes across architecture, engineering, development, testing, deployment, and delivery.
- Provide IT third-level support for complex incidents and assist service delivery.
- Maintain timely documentation for globally implemented processes.
- Design, realize, and continuously optimize MAHLE standard warehousing processes and services with Global Domain and Process Owners.
- Evaluate regional change requests for their impact on the global template and prepare decisions with business owners.
- Monitor and support regional deployment teams.
- Further develop the global SAP S/4HANA template and prepare regional retrofit teams.
- Keep current with SAP functions relevant to warehousing and guide developers to ensure implementation quality.
Requirements
- Successfully completed a degree in computer science or a comparable field of study.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP business processes, customization, and development options focused on warehousing processes such as WM and EWM.
- Experience with SAP areas including inbound, outbound, and production to implement effective integrations.
- Knowledge of SAP development tools and warehousing concepts, including EWM frameworks such as RF and Monitoring.
- Strong conceptual skills for preparing successful system-enhancement implementations.
- Knowledge of project management and performance management.
- Strong communication, teamwork, time management, conflict management, and ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent written and spoken English; additional foreign-language skills and intercultural experience are advantageous.
