Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
- Build scalable, secure, enterprise-ready architectures.
- Integrate systems such as SAP using APIs, custom connectors, and Azure services.
- Implement identity and access management patterns, including principal propagation.
- Define authentication and authorization approaches for agents accessing external systems.
- Develop pro-code extensions using the Microsoft AI stack and agent frameworks.
- Lead client engagements, shape solution visions, run workshops, and present architectures.
- Support pre-sales activities including demos, proofs of concept, proposals, and AI/automation offerings.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and agentic AI solutions.
- Strong integration design experience, including REST APIs, OAuth, and identity propagation patterns.
- Strong experience architecting Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse solutions.
- Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, service principals, and managed identities.
- Ability to independently design complex solutions and communicate them clearly to stakeholders.
- Experience with RPA and/or Power Platform and a strong consulting and problem-solving mindset.
- Preferred experience integrating Copilot Studio or Power Platform with SAP.
- Preferred experience with Agent365 or thorough knowledge of its capabilities and implementation best practices.
- Familiarity with agent frameworks such as Microsoft Agent Framework and AutoGen.
- Preferred pro-code development skills in .NET, C#, or JavaScript.
- Experience with custom connectors and API management is advantageous.
