Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
- Build scalable, secure, enterprise-ready architectures.
- Develop integrations with SAP using APIs, custom connectors, and Azure services.
- Design identity and access management patterns, including principal propagation, authentication, and authorization for external systems.
- Develop pro-code extensions using the Microsoft AI stack and agent frameworks.
- Lead client engagements, shape solution vision, run workshops, and present architectures.
- Support pre-sales activities including demos, proofs of concept, and proposals.
- Contribute to AI and automation offerings.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and agentic AI solutions.
- Strong integration design experience with REST APIs, OAuth, and identity propagation patterns.
- Strong experience with Power Platform architecture, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Expertise with Microsoft Entra ID, service principals, and managed identities.
- Ability to independently design complex solutions and communicate them clearly to stakeholders.
- Experience with RPA and/or Power Platform and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong consulting, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience integrating Copilot Studio or Power Platform with SAP is preferred.
- Experience with Agent365 or a thorough understanding of its capabilities and implementation best practices is preferred.
- Familiarity with agent frameworks such as Microsoft Agent Framework and AutoGen is preferred.
- Pro-code development skills in .NET, C#, and JavaScript are preferred.
- Experience with custom connectors and API management is preferred.
