Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations implementations across discovery, design, build, test, deploy, and operate phases.
- Lead implementation teams and expand a team of D365 Finance and Operations experts.
- Map client requirements in Finance or Supply Chain Management and develop solution designs and functional fit-gap assessments.
- Conduct pre-sales activities, including product presentations, proof-of-concept demonstrations, RFP responses, solution concepts, and stakeholder engagement.
- Guide teams on application lifecycle management, environment, integration, data migration, and security strategies.
- Support training, testing, CRP, SIT, and UAT sessions with business users.
- Coordinate with project managers, program managers, project teams, clients, and C-level stakeholders.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to identify and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 best practices and new solutions.
- Report R&D project progress, document implementation results, and conduct post-implementation reviews.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of relevant experience with D365 Finance and Operations or predecessor products.
- Experience leading at least four full-lifecycle D365 module implementations.
- Experience managing functional and technical personnel in the relevant domain.
- Experience in a key client-facing delivery role.
- Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent education.
- Deep knowledge of D365 Finance and Operations in Finance or Supply Chain Management.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Success by Design, Waterfall and Agile implementation methodologies, and the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Strong presentation, communication, leadership, business development, and client development skills, including presenting to C-level management, public groups, and boards.
- Communicative German or another European language is desirable.
- Valid Microsoft certifications, including solution architect certifications, are advantageous.
- MBA, CA, CMA, or CFA qualifications are desirable.
- Readiness to travel for business purposes and accountability for exceeding customer expectations.
