Responsibilities
- Lead the design of ETL, API, Lambda, Kafka, and SOAP integration solutions.
- Own architecture, technical quality, design decisions, enterprise standards, performance, security, and reliability.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery across design, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Contribute hands-on to critical frontend and backend components and drive engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with frontend, backend, DevOps, business stakeholders, and clients in Agile environments.
- Lead and mentor developers while ensuring technical growth and high-quality delivery.
- Act as the primary technical interface between client stakeholders and the delivery team.
Requirements
- Require 7+ years of software development experience.
- Require strong AWS and Kafka experience.
- Require experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
- Require proficiency in Java, Python, or Node.
- Prefer technology consulting or client-facing solution delivery experience.
- Prefer experience owning or contributing to solution architecture and design decisions.
- Prefer understanding of API gateways and service mesh architectures.
- Prefer experience in enterprise or regulated environments.
- Prefer awareness of AI and generative AI capabilities and using AI-driven tools to improve engineering productivity.
- Require strong technical leadership, communication, client engagement, and complexity-management skills.
