Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of ETL, API, Lambda, Kafka, and SOAP integration solutions.
  • Own architecture, technical quality, design decisions, enterprise standards, performance, security, and reliability.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery across design, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute hands-on to critical frontend and backend components and drive engineering best practices.
  • Collaborate with frontend, backend, DevOps, business stakeholders, and clients in Agile environments.
  • Lead and mentor developers while ensuring technical growth and high-quality delivery.
  • Act as the primary technical interface between client stakeholders and the delivery team.

Requirements

  • Require 7+ years of software development experience.
  • Require strong AWS and Kafka experience.
  • Require experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
  • Require proficiency in Java, Python, or Node.
  • Prefer technology consulting or client-facing solution delivery experience.
  • Prefer experience owning or contributing to solution architecture and design decisions.
  • Prefer understanding of API gateways and service mesh architectures.
  • Prefer experience in enterprise or regulated environments.
  • Prefer awareness of AI and generative AI capabilities and using AI-driven tools to improve engineering productivity.
  • Require strong technical leadership, communication, client engagement, and complexity-management skills.
