Responsibilities

Lead the AI practice technically and define methodologies, standards, and best practices.
Contribute to the Data & AI growth strategy by identifying opportunities and new service lines.
Act as a technical advisor to clients, supporting needs discovery and AI transformation roadmaps.
Lead pre-sales activities including workshops, discovery sessions, technical proposals, estimates, and solution presentations.
Collaborate with commercial teams and company leadership to generate new business opportunities.
Present technical concepts to technical and business audiences in executive presentations and decision committees.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and their potential use for clients and the company.
Develop and mentor talent within the AI area and contribute to the technical community.

More than 6 years of experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence.
Experience leading AI/ML projects in production environments.
Strong knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Deep Learning, and Predictive Analytics.
Experience developing scalable solutions with Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud environments and MLOps/LLMOps practices.
Ability to define architectures, lead technical teams, and make strategic decisions.
Experience with pre-sales, client workshops, and technology solution definition.
Strong communication, leadership, and business-oriented skills.
