Responsibilities
- Design customer-specific deployment roadmaps, implementation strategies, project timelines, team structures and professional services estimates for pre-sales proposals.
- Draft Statements of Work defining project scope, deliverables, assumptions and acceptance criteria, while aligning customer expectations with delivery feasibility.
- Lead business discovery workshops and translate customer objectives into Celonis use cases, data requirements and success criteria.
- Oversee junior consultants and collaborate with customer stakeholders and internal AI, Product and Functional experts.
- Ensure data connectivity and extraction pipelines are configured appropriately.
- Direct AI deployment agents to build data models, process analyses, KPIs, dashboards and operational solutions, validating outputs for accuracy and business relevance.
- Build and configure Celonis solutions including the Process Intelligence Graph, data transformations, process analyses and AI-powered insights.
- Identify process inefficiencies and root causes, lead value creation workshops, define success metrics and quantify business impact.
- Design solutions that improve process conformance, adoption and sustained customer value.
- Manage project outcomes against timelines, scope and customer expectations, and train customers for independent solution use.
- Document solution decisions and configurations for rollout and handover.
- Develop domain expertise, scalable solution patterns and standardized use cases to support broader team and platform development.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in management or IT consulting, data or solution consulting, or process-improvement consulting within software vendors, consulting firms or system integrators.
- Experience in consulting pre-sales.
- Experience with complex IT or SAP transformations and process optimization.
- Technical capability in PQL, SQL and Python.
- Comfort using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex and Cursor, with the ability to specify, evaluate and iterate on AI-generated outputs.
- Prompt engineering or context engineering experience is a strong plus.
- Deep enterprise business-process and financial-metrics knowledge, with standard ERP knowledge such as SAP or Oracle preferred.
- Knowledge of process areas including Inventory Management, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and Accounts Payable is a strong plus.
- Ability to lead customer workshops, present to management, manage stakeholders and deliver outcomes amid ambiguity.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and quantify business impact.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable field.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is beneficial.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations up to 50% based on customer and project requirements.
