Base Salary
$205k - $307k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and ship systems for send-time and channel optimization.
- Build and deploy propensity models to balance engagement and fatigue.
- Set standards for experimentation rigor within the team.
- Own at least one model in production end-to-end.
- Mentor ML scientists and guide technical direction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience building and deploying ML systems in production.
- Experience shipping at least one recommendation or sequential-decisioning system end-to-end.
- Fluency in experimentation and A/B testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
