Responsibilities
- Influence the future of Asana’s SRE practice and help grow the Warsaw team.
- Lead reliability-focused projects spanning infrastructure, tooling, and incident response.
- Define and implement Asana’s incident management process.
- Build internal platforms and frameworks that improve service reliability across the company.
- Participate in and help shape a sustainable global on-call rotation.
- Collaborate with SRE and infrastructure engineers in Warsaw, San Francisco, and Reykjavik.
Requirements
- Strong and experienced software engineering background with comfort writing and reading code.
- Experience or strong interest in reliability, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
- Experience with systems at scale or infrastructure problem-solving is valuable.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and help other engineers build more reliable services.
- Curiosity, initiative, and comfort working in ambiguous spaces.
- Willingness to learn unfamiliar technologies and Asana’s stack.
