Responsibilities
- Influence the future of Asana’s SRE practice in Warsaw.
- Lead reliability-focused projects across the technology stack.
- Define and implement Asana’s incident management process.
- Build internal platforms to improve service reliability.
- Participate in a sustainable on-call rotation across teams.
- Work with a diverse technology stack including AWS and Kubernetes.
Requirements
- Strong experience as a software engineer comfortable with coding.
- Focus on reliability, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
- Experience in SRE or product engineering with an interest in infrastructure.
- Desire to solve infrastructure problems at scale.
- Curiosity and initiative to work in ambiguous environments.
- Ability to collaborate across teams to enhance system reliability.
