Base Salary
$118k - $207k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and operate enterprise platforms using AI and agent workflows.
- Use AI throughout code creation, unit and integration testing, performance tuning, deployment, and functional monitoring.
- Establish standards and review processes for safe deployment of AI-generated code.
- Automate cloud provisioning, configuration, identity, and recovery with infrastructure-as-code.
- Build infrastructure for internal applications and production-quality datasets.
- Secure access through Entra permissions, groups, app registrations, and SSO.
- Support deployment of SME AI-developed applications and workflows.
- Own resiliency for critical systems, prevent outages, and reduce outage duration.
- Work with architects and engineers to integrate security into the delivery pipeline.
- Serve as a senior escalation path, review code, document work, and cross-train engineers.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Production experience operating Linux, including Ubuntu, Windows, and Mac across servers, workstations, and mobile through scripting and automated configuration management.
- Substantial professional experience in planning, performance, monitoring, management, and cloud computing design.
- Hands-on experience deploying Azure IaaS and/or PaaS systems through automation.
- Working proficiency in several programming and scripting languages.
- Working knowledge of CIS security best practices, enterprise networks, technical debt reduction, and business continuity/disaster recovery practices.
- Experience with Intune; Kubernetes, Docker, and Argo; Azure networking; AWS and GCP; Prometheus, Grafana, and Instana; Terraform, Bicep, and Ansible; Entra and Sentinel; and GitHub, JIRA, and Confluence.
- JAMF experience is a plus.
