Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver timely and organized services for customers.
- Gather business and technical requirements to build and deliver solutions.
- Implement changes in the Cloudflare environment following customer processes.
- Troubleshoot implementation issues and collaborate with support teams.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and operational asset development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- Strong understanding of OSI model layers and protocols.
- Deep knowledge of Internet and Security technologies.
- Experience with a scripting language like Python or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with security aspects of internet properties.
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform.
- Ability to manage projects and prioritize competing demands.
