Base Salary
$80k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops to analyze customer validation processes and identify key requirements.
- Partner with customer SMEs to translate requirements into effective solutions.
- Provide consulting on digital validation best practices based on industry standards.
- Develop and maintain expertise in Veeva's Vault platform and Validation Management product.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders and customers.
- Mentor project teams and junior consultants in the Professional Services organization.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in life sciences validation implementations.
- Proven track record in leading implementation or IT operations.
- Experience with digital validation systems and translating business requirements.
- Ability to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of SaaS and GxP principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in Life Sciences Quality, Manufacturing, or Healthcare.
- Familiarity with Data or Content Management applications.
