Responsibilities

Own technical architecture decisions for delivery engagements and design component-level solutions aligned with broader architecture blueprints.
Participate hands-on in engineering delivery through code reviews, technical design sessions, implementation validation, and technical debt resolution.
Manage technical risk on delivery projects and escalate architectural concerns to the Solution Architect.
Adopt and advocate for GenAI engineering practices, agentic workflows, intelligent automation, and reusable AI engineering assets.
Evaluate new AI and cloud-native tools, APIs, and platforms and incorporate relevant innovations into delivery practices.
Engage client technical teams to understand system landscapes, integration requirements, and technical constraints.
Propose solutions for application modernization, AI integration, and cloud migration challenges.
Support pre-sales technical assessments, proof-of-concept design, and effort estimation.
Design and implement cloud-native architectures using containers, serverless functions, event-driven patterns, and automation technologies.
Mentor senior engineers and developers and contribute to Jade's technical community of practice through knowledge sharing and documentation.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field is required.
5–9 years of total software engineering experience, including at least 2–3 years in a technical architecture, lead engineer, or tech lead role.
Hands-on experience building and delivering enterprise-grade solutions across cloud, AI/ML, and application engineering.
Strong hands-on proficiency in .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, and/or open-source stacks such as Python, Java, and Node.js.
Practical exposure to Generative AI integration, LLM APIs, LangChain, retrieval-augmented generation patterns, or agentic workflow frameworks.
Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including microservices, Docker/Kubernetes containers, serverless technologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
Exposure to RPA tools, workflow orchestration engines, or AI-driven automation platforms.
Familiarity with Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, or ServiceNow is a plus.
Cloud certification from AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
Client-facing delivery experience in IT services or consulting organizations is preferred.
Strong technical communication, delivery focus, curiosity, collaboration, and willingness to contribute hands-on to implementation are required.
