Responsibilities
- Design and deliver technology architecture for Salesforce platforms, products, or engagements.
- Define scalable and high-performance solutions that meet performance and capability requirements.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Collaborate with technical teams and business units to align architecture with organizational goals.
- Make team decisions and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members and manage team performance as a subject matter expert.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Experience designing scalable and high-performance solutions within Salesforce environments.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce-related integration patterns and middleware technologies.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and deployment models relevant to Salesforce.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
