Responsibilities
- Design and deliver technology architecture for platforms, products, or engagements.
- Define scalable and high-performance solutions addressing performance, capability, and scalability needs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, and make team decisions.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to technical best practices and standards.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and facilitate communication between technical teams and business units.
- Analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions.
- Evaluate platform architecture and integration patterns and align architecture with organizational goals.
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow App Engine.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow App Engine, Custom Apps, Orchestrator, custom solution architecture, and application development.
- Experience designing scalable and high-performance technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of platform architecture and integration patterns.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies in enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining architectural concepts to diverse audiences.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
