Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered tools to improve internal workflows.
- Collaborate with teams across operations, customer success, and finance.
- Identify slow and manual processes to automate.
- Ship tools quickly and iterate based on user feedback.
- Work closely with the CEO and founders to solve operational problems.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in software development, including backend services and internal tools.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python.
- Experience building applications with LLMs.
- Ability to integrate systems using APIs and webhooks.
- Strong communication skills to engage with non-technical stakeholders.
