Responsibilities
- Prototype new automation and intelligence workflows based on field feedback.
- Execute A/B testing to determine effective revenue acceleration capabilities.
- Own the GTM enablement technology roadmap and prioritize tools based on productivity impact.
- Develop AI-assisted templates and playbooks for sales outreach and follow-up.
- Embed with the sales team to analyze the buyer journey and identify improvement areas.
- Partner with Sales Enablement to provide AI-generated coaching recommendations.
- Build rep scorecards and deal health dashboards for real-time performance visibility.
- Measure automation adoption and report on time savings to iterate on processes.
- Engineer feedback loops from various data sources to enhance playbooks and messaging.
- Maintain GTM stack integrations with validated data flows.
Requirements
- 4+ years in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, or GTM Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with conversation and revenue intelligence platforms.
- Ability to deeply embed with sales teams and translate field insights into actionable systems.
- Experience designing and deploying AI agents and workflows.
- Proven track record in building adoption measurement frameworks.
- Strong communication skills for training and facilitating sessions with non-technical audiences.
- Systems thinker comfortable with APIs and no-code/low-code automation tools.
