Responsibilities
- Develop custom software solutions by designing, coding, and enhancing system or application components.
- Design and implement observability solutions that provide actionable insights into system behavior.
- Use monitoring and alerting practices to support system reliability and performance.
- Participate in incident management and root cause analysis to maintain high availability.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and team decisions.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and manage the team’s work and decisions.
- Lead process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SRE Observability.
- Proficiency in SRE Observability, AWS, and DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools.
- Experience with incident management and root cause analysis.
- Ability to design and implement observability solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud-native technologies and infrastructure as code.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
