Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the technical direction and development of applied ML projects for ads conversion.
- Design and build large-scale DNN models to enhance user action prediction.
- Mine text, visual, and user signals to understand intentions and infer interests.
- Utilize AI to accelerate analysis and ensure quality and correctness.
- Automate documentation, reporting, and QA checks to improve development efficiency.
- Coach and mentor engineers while collaborating with product and sales teams.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience building production ML systems at scale.
- 2+ years of experience leading technical projects or teams.
- Ability to use AI to enhance workflow speed and quality.
- Experience with AI coding assistants like Cursor, Copilot, or Codex.
- Familiarity with LLM-powered productivity tools for various engineering tasks.
- High integrity and ownership in handling sensitive data.
- Strong mathematical foundation and experience with statistical methods.
