Responsibilities
- Audit clients’ codebases, processes, and knowledge management practices to assess AI maturity.
- Build and prioritize AI transformation roadmaps based on productivity, quality, and time-to-market objectives.
- Advise CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Engineering Managers on human-agent ways of working and organizational change.
- Design, deploy, and iterate AI agents for code generation, code review, migration, testing, and documentation.
- Integrate AI agents into CI/CD workflows and developers’ IDEs.
- Prepare organizations for agentic delivery by improving code structure, documentation, modularity, workflows, and knowledge bases.
- Define productivity, quality, and adoption KPIs and implement dashboards, IDE telemetry, and code analysis tools.
- Design and deliver training, learning expeditions, and coaching programs for developers and leadership teams.
- Work with HR on job descriptions, evaluation frameworks, and career paths in the era of AI.
- Demonstrate the return on investment of AI transformation initiatives to executive sponsors.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software development experience.
- Engineering degree or equivalent grande école qualification, or a Master’s degree in computer science.
- Combined technical and consulting expertise, including coding, architecture, executive communication, workshop facilitation, and change management.
- Hands-on experience building with AI models or tools such as Claude, Cursor, or Claude Code, with strong awareness of Anthropic, OpenAI, Google DeepMind, and Mistral.
- Excellent written and spoken French and English for work with international clients.
- Ability to challenge constructively, listen effectively, communicate convictions, and lead transformation initiatives.
- Experience in a software services company or consulting firm is advantageous.
- Experience leading large-scale transformation in a major organization is advantageous.
- Regular software development practice, familiarity with KPIs and dashboards, or experience in change management or coaching technology teams is advantageous.
