Responsibilities
- Own engineering projects and deliver work against the Reliability & Observability Engineering roadmap.
- Support the implementation and adoption of load testing, chaos engineering, and production assurance initiatives.
- Work with multiple engineering teams to improve platform availability, observability, resiliency, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot, reproduce, and mitigate issues in production environments.
- Share knowledge, promote reliable operating practices, and translate improvement opportunities into technical requirements.
Requirements
- Previous exposure to large-scale cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or a similar role.
- Experience with containers and Kubernetes, including EKS.
- Eagerness to learn.
- Experience developing AI agents and an engineering background with Python, .NET, or Java are advantageous.
