Responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure on Azure, with AWS exposure.
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
- Administer and scale Kubernetes, AKS, Docker, Helm, and containerized production workloads.
- Manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, identity services, DNS, access control, and Azure Virtual Desktop infrastructure.
- Drive DevSecOps and security operations practices covering IAM, secrets management, vulnerability management, container security, monitoring, and compliance.
- Implement monitoring, logging, observability, incident response, reliability engineering, patching, and operational support.
- Design and manage infrastructure for AI agents, LLM applications, RAG systems, and AI-powered development workflows.
- Use AI tools to automate operations, troubleshooting, deployments, security assessments, documentation, and engineering productivity.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable, cost-effective platforms.
- Establish cloud, platform, security, and governance standards and mentor engineers.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, or related roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud architecture; AWS experience is a plus.
- Experience designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
- Strong Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform.
- Production experience managing Kubernetes, AKS, Docker, Helm, and containerized workloads.
- Understanding of DevSecOps and SecOps practices, including IAM, secrets management, vulnerability management, container security, and compliance.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, observability, incident management, and production support.
- Experience supporting AI/ML platforms, AI agents, LLM applications, or related AI infrastructure is highly desirable.
- Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar languages.
- Hands-on Windows Server administration experience, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, identity management, and access control.
- Experience managing Azure Virtual Desktop environments.
- Understanding of cloud networking, security, scalability, disaster recovery, and high-availability architectures.
- Strong product mindset, problem-solving ability, ownership orientation, and English communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
