Base Salary
$171k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the execution engine and platform layer for Asana AI Teammates.
- Develop model evaluation and rollout systems, execution-quality infrastructure, proactive blocked-work detection, tool orchestration, and platform APIs.
- Implement asynchronous jobs and algorithms that efficiently traverse the Asana Work Graph.
- Gain exposure to and contribute to core infrastructure for data representation, storage, and deletion.
- Partner with legal to implement clear and effective data ownership rules.
- Drive large, impactful projects and deliver features for large organizations.
- Support other teams and stakeholders working in the team’s space.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working within large, well-maintained codebases.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other partners.
- Sound judgment balancing delivery speed, code quality, and long-term maintainability.
- Passion for exceptional user experiences and attention to detail.
- Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies and willingness to use them to improve productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.
- Interest in productivity, team collaboration, and inclusive workplace culture.
