Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with developers, QA, production, and release teams to optimize workflows for Rocket League.
  • Design, maintain, and improve build automation systems and CI/CD pipelines for large-scale game projects.
  • Monitor build health, troubleshoot failures, and conduct root-cause analysis to improve pipeline stability.
  • Own and support tools and processes maintained by the Rocket League Build Programming Team.
  • Support software releases by keeping build systems reliable and responsive during critical milestones.

Requirements

  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and modern build automation systems.
  • Strong understanding of software build systems, dependency management, and release programming best practices.
  • Proficiency with C#, Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Perforce or Git.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP and administering Windows-based build environments; Linux experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills focused on reliability, scalability, and developer productivity.
