Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines across GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline, and Jenkins.
- Build reusable workflows, templates, shared libraries, pipeline artifacts, runbooks, and self-service documentation.
- Establish DevOps standards, policy-as-code guardrails, approval gates, and pipeline flow metrics.
- Provision and manage cloud infrastructure and ephemeral pipeline environments using Infrastructure as Code.
- Support containerized application builds and deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, and ArgoCD.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to analyze pipeline health and diagnose failures.
- Partner with development, QA, and operations teams to train squads and drive adoption of standardized pipeline tools.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience designing and supporting pipelines across GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline, and Jenkins is required.
- Strong experience building reusable pipeline components for cross-team adoption.
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell and deep experience with Git, GitHub, and GitLab.
- Understanding of cloud platforms, Linux or Windows operating systems, and networking fundamentals.
- Working knowledge of Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, and ArgoCD.
- Experience with Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack for pipeline logging and monitoring.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, collaboration, and influence skills.
- Experience with policy-as-code guardrails, automated compliance checks, and DORA or flow metrics is preferred.
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English is an asset.
