Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Smart Building, workplace and autonomous-system solutions.
- Establish architecture frameworks, reference architectures, technical standards, integration patterns and technical governance for One Comcentre.
- Design and govern integrations across ISP, BMS, IoT/OT infrastructure, building subsystems, workplace platforms, tenant technologies, data platforms, AI systems and autonomous systems.
- Define APIs, data flows, event-driven integrations, system interfaces, data ownership and cloud, edge and on-premises deployment architectures.
- Review vendor and system-integrator designs, technical submissions, interface-control documents, dependencies and as-built documentation.
- Lead technical delivery from requirements and detailed design through build, integration, testing, commissioning and operational handover.
- Design Generative AI and Agentic AI architectures, including governance, security, human-in-the-loop, fail-safe and exception-handling mechanisms.
- Architect robotics and autonomous-system integrations with lifts, doors, access control, communications and other building infrastructure.
- Lead prototypes, proofs of concept, MVPs and pilots, and transition successful solutions into production.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers, integration engineers and solution engineers while partnering with product, business and operational stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related technology or engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant technical experience in Smart Building, Intelligent Building, Workplace Technology, IoT/OT, building systems integration or related domains.
- Proven experience architecting and delivering integrated Smart Building or Workplace solutions, including BMS, IBMS/ISP, IoT, OT/IT convergence and building subsystem integration.
- Experience developing solution, integration, data and deployment architectures using APIs, IoT protocols, event-driven integration, cloud/edge architectures and data integration.
- Experience reviewing vendor and system-integrator technical designs and leading complex multi-vendor system integration.
- At least 1 year of practical project experience involving Generative AI and/or Agentic AI, preferably for operational automation or intelligent environments.
- Experience leading developers, solution engineers or multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Experience delivering prototypes, proofs of concept, MVPs and pilots using Agile methodologies.
- Experience with robotics, autonomous systems or Physical AI is highly advantageous.
- Experience with building, workplace, tenant and retail technologies is highly desirable.
- Relevant professional certifications in Solution Architecture, Cloud, IoT, AI, Cybersecurity, Smart Buildings, Agile or Project Management are advantageous.
- Strong solution architecture, technical delivery, analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.
