Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Implement scalable, maintainable solutions using established architecture patterns and modern development practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in existing systems and assist with production support and operational stability.
- Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile activities.
- Collaborate with QA, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Provide technical input and effort estimates and ensure delivered software meets functional and non-functional requirements.
- Mentor or guide junior engineers and share knowledge to improve team productivity.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience developing enterprise-level software applications.
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience with .NET, C#, SQL Server, and RESTful APIs.
- At least 4 years of experience mentoring or guiding engineers informally or through projects.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and Azure Service Bus or similar messaging systems.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, multithreading, distributed systems, scalable backend design, and secure coding practices.
- Proficiency with .NET Core, including .NET 6, .NET 7, and .NET 8, and Entity Framework or other ORM technologies.
- Experience with Agile software development lifecycle practices, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Experience building cloud-based or microservices-oriented applications and working in both on-premise and cloud environments.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, event-driven design, infrastructure-as-code, cloud deployment practices, Windows, Git, and modern development tools.
- Microsoft certifications such as AZ-204 are preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
