Responsibilities
- Participate in the full development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, code review, and deployment.
- Write custom code using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Apply sound engineering practices and platform rules when building solutions.
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
- Collaborate with product managers, administrators, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical support, fix system bugs, resolve issues, and improve platform performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a software developer, ideally working on CRM or enterprise systems; Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
- Knowledge of an object-oriented language such as Java or C# is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Experience building and consuming integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to write clean, scalable code.
- Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban and familiarity with JIRA and Confluence are a plus.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and strong collaboration skills.
