Responsibilities
- Participate in the full development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, code review, and deployment.
- Write custom code using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and object-oriented programming.
- Ensure best engineering practices when building solutions.
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code, following platform rules and industry standards.
- Collaborate with product managers, administrators, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical support to fix system bugs, resolve issues, and improve platform performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Software Developer, ideally working on CRM or enterprise systems.
- Proficient in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Knowledge of an object-oriented language like Java or C# is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Experience building and consuming integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to write clean, scalable code.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with tools such as JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
- Proficient in written and spoken English with excellent collaboration skills.
