Responsibilities
- Develop agentic AI workflows for device-health monitoring, log parsing, defect classification, failure analysis, and release-readiness decisions.
- Build AI-assisted automation frameworks for test generation, self-healing scripts, predictive failure analysis, change-impact assessment, and build qualification.
- Integrate LLM APIs and AI SDKs into quality toolchains and prototype with tools such as Replit and Jupyter.
- Develop telemetry pipelines, health checks, dashboards, and AI-generated quality reports using observability tools.
- Perform technical triage and root-cause analysis for stability, performance, endurance, reliability, and operational-readiness issues.
- Analyze logs, crash signatures, telemetry, memory and performance indicators, and platform diagnostics for connectivity device software.
- Document workflows, triage playbooks, stability signatures, and operational best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronics, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent coursework and experience.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, test engineering, or device software quality.
- Professional hands-on use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Replit, or Copilot to solve engineering problems.
- Experience developing agentic AI workflows or LLM-integrated automation pipelines.
- Experience with CI/CD quality pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub, or Gerrit.
- Hands-on experience with embedded systems, connectivity device software, or broadband, CPE, or gateway platforms.
- Proficiency in Python or Shell for automation, log parsers, or telemetry-based tools.
- Understanding of Linux-based systems, networking fundamentals, and system resource behavior.
- Preferred experience with LangChain, AutoGen, multi-agent orchestration, RDK-B, broadband gateways, routers, Wi-Fi platforms, ELK, Grafana, Kibana, system-log triage, endurance testing, defect management, or release-readiness reviews.
