Forward Deployed Engineer

- Architect end-to-end AI solutions and scalable workflows for one to two strategic customer accounts.
- Advise C-level stakeholders and own engagements from pilot through full production rollout.
- Build monday AI agents, vibe apps, MCP integrations, and custom scripts for production workflows.
- Define success criteria and deliver measurable outcomes such as adoption, workflow throughput, and ROI.
- Instrument deployments, run evaluations against customer workflows, and provide evidence-based product feedback.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success on account strategy and convert delivery patterns into reusable assets and playbooks.
Requirements
- 5+ years building applications from scratch with TypeScript, Node.js, and React, with full-stack depth.
- Experience leading hands-on projects end-to-end in production, preferably in client-facing settings.
- Background in Solution Architecture or Software Engineering.
- Strong understanding of AI/LLM systems, including agent architectures, MCP or comparable tool-use protocols, evaluations, and prompt-to-production workflows.
- Experience navigating C-suite relationships and influencing executive decisions in ambiguous environments.
- Track record of turning one-off delivery work into reusable assets, product requirements, or repeatable playbooks.
- Entrepreneurial, fast-moving approach focused on long-term impact.
