Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, validate, and monitor agentic AI solutions in enterprise customer environments.
- Develop AI agents and experiences using prompts, reasoning, tool calls, integrations, and current LLM techniques.
- Build and integrate data pipelines using Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms.
- Create and maintain agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting.
- Deliver proofs of concept, MVPs, and production solutions in collaboration with customers, partners, and Deployment Strategists.
- Surface platform gaps, edge cases, and field insights to engineering and product teams.
- Share best practices and enablement with customers and partners during technical delivery engagements.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software engineering or technical delivery experience and at least one production system to discuss.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Required prior customer-facing technical delivery experience in consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering.
- Proficiency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Deep understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Ability to work with sales teams and customer architects and evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
- Preferred: Salesforce platform experience or certifications such as Administrator, Platform Developer I, or Agentforce Specialist.
- Preferred: familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, orchestration patterns, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, data engineering, platform architecture, or headless deployments.
