Responsibilities
- Build AI systems end to end from prototype through production.
- Design agent architectures involving orchestration, tool use, memory, retrieval, and system interfaces.
- Develop backend services, APIs, and user interfaces across the stack.
- Turn customer-specific solutions into reusable patterns and platforms.
- Design for throughput, latency, cost, and failure recovery under real load.
- Implement permissions, sandboxing, prompt-injection defenses, and audit trails for sensitive systems.
- Build evaluation loops with task-level evaluations, tracing, and quality checks.
- Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and customer-facing teams, including direct customer engagements when needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building production software, including at least one agentic or GenAI system shipped and operated in production.
- Proficiency with Node.js and frameworks such as Next.js, Express, or Fastify, or with Python and FastAPI.
- Confidence with TypeScript and React/Next.js or similar technologies.
- Hands-on experience with agent orchestration, tool use, retrieval, evaluation, and real-world agent failure modes.
- Ability to work autonomously, identify problems, choose approaches, and own outcomes.
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences and fluency in English.
- Strong product judgment, customer focus, iterative delivery, and attention to time to value.
- Open-source contributions in agents or LLMs are preferred.
- Experience deploying and operating software with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS, GCP, or Azure is preferred.
- Application, cloud, or AI security experience, including prompt injection, agent security, SBOM, or SLSA, is preferred.
- Experience with security workflows such as alert triage, threat hunting, investigation agents, SIEM, XDR, or SOAR is preferred.
