Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and evaluate functional and technical requirements for Global Functions solutions.
- Design scalable, efficient, integrated enterprise solutions and produce architecture blueprints, models, and documentation.
- Identify architecture problems and deliver documented architecture decisions through Architecture Decision Records.
- Contribute to application rationalization, platform strategy, application governance, and technical and automation debt reduction.
- Partner with Digital Delivery and Operations, Centers of Excellence, and Digital Product teams to support successful implementation and alignment with enterprise architecture strategies.
- Track emerging trends in architecture, data, AI, generative AI, and agentic AI and translate them into architectural opportunities.
- Collaborate with technology leaders and business stakeholders to deliver cohesive global and localized solutions.
Requirements
- Solid experience architecting solutions in global or corporate functions business domains.
- Technical and functional proficiency across systems and platforms supporting HR, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Legal, Compliance, and Risk.
- Proven experience designing scalable solutions and leading complex global technology initiatives.
- Ability to anticipate business needs, manage technical debt, and make architecture decisions aligned with strategic roadmaps.
- Experience architecting solutions with AI agents and applying rationalization and technical debt reduction approaches.
- Knowledge of event-driven, API-first, and domain-driven design patterns, cross-functional integration, cloud platforms, SaaS ecosystems, and integration platforms.
- Strong systems thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, strategic orientation, business acumen, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile product-oriented delivery and with technology leaders and business stakeholders is advantageous.
- Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Required Solution Architecture certifications; advanced degrees are preferred.
