Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and evaluate functional and technical requirements for Global Functions solutions.
- Design scalable, efficient, integrated enterprise solutions and deliver architecture blueprints, models, and documentation.
- Identify architecture problems and document key decisions through Architecture Decision Records.
- Contribute to application rationalization, platform strategy, application governance, and technical and automation debt reduction.
- Partner with Digital Delivery and Operations, Digital Products, Centers of Excellence, Product Owners, SMEs, and business stakeholders to implement cohesive enterprise solutions.
- Translate emerging trends in digital architecture, data, AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI into actionable architectural opportunities.
- Lead and support complex global technology transformation initiatives and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Solid experience architecting solutions in Global or Corporate Functions business domains.
- Technical and functional proficiency across systems and platforms supporting HR, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Legal, Compliance, and Risk.
- Proven experience designing scalable solutions and leading cross-functional global technology initiatives.
- Knowledge of event-driven, API-first, and domain-driven design patterns, cloud platforms, SaaS ecosystems, and integration platforms.
- Ability to manage technical debt, develop strategic architecture roadmaps, and architect solutions involving AI agents.
- Strong systems thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, strategic orientation, business acumen, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Experience working with technology leaders and business stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
- Experience with Agile product-oriented delivery is advantageous.
- Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Required Solution Architecture certifications; advanced degrees are preferred.
