Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of Palantir’s product and delivery ecosystem.
- Collaborate with customer-facing, product, and infrastructure teams on software development and deployment.
- Diagnose, resolve, and prevent issues encountered in the field.
- Reduce operational overhead through tooling, process, and automation investments.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for mission-critical incident response.
Requirements
- Background in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and comfort in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Experience with scripting, automation, or data analysis is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to other Palantir locations as needed.
