Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Participate in Salesforce application architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Write, test, and deploy reusable Apex code and customize Lightning Components and Salesforce objects.
- Design data models, optimize application performance, and implement scalable cloud solutions.
- Develop integrations, including REST APIs for external systems, and implement unit and integration testing.
- Gather technical requirements and translate user stories and dependencies into technical delivery plans.
- Troubleshoot Salesforce platform issues and support users.
- Lead Salesforce coding standards, automation-first practices, cross-team collaboration, and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Document technical designs and development processes and stay current with Salesforce releases and product roadmaps.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 5 years of Salesforce development experience required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Must reside in the United States, be authorized to work in the United States, and perform the work in the United States.
- Must have lived in the United States for 3 full years out of the last 5 years.
- Preferred experience includes HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Lightning Web Components, Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, Visualforce, SOQL, Copado, REST APIs, Salesforce data modeling, and multi-team development environments.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Developer I, Developer II, or Platform App Builder certifications and an active Trailblazer account.
- Experience with AWS, multi-cloud architectures, civic technology, government contracting, call center Salesforce implementations, and Health Cloud is preferred or a plus.
- Copado Fundamentals I or II certification is a plus.
