Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Participate in Salesforce architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and release-compatibility activities.
- Write, test, and deploy reusable Apex code and build customized Lightning Components and Lightning Web Components.
- Design Salesforce data models and implement custom objects, fields, relationships, reporting, and dashboards.
- Optimize Salesforce application performance through query analysis, caching, asynchronous workflows, modular development, and code optimization.
- Develop proof-of-concepts, options analyses, scalable cloud solutions, and automation using Apex scripts and robotic process automation.
- Gather technical requirements and user stories, translate dependencies for delivery teams, and collaborate with designers, engineers, users, and business stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce platform issues and document technical designs, development processes, and relevant operational information.
- Implement unit and integration testing, enforce Salesforce coding standards and best practices, and promote reusable and maintainable code.
- Lead cross-team collaboration, knowledge-sharing sessions, communities of practice, and information dissemination.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, product roadmaps, technology updates, and platform compatibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 5 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Must reside in the United States, be authorized to work in the United States, and perform the work in the United States.
- Must have lived in the United States for 3 full years out of the last 5 years.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Lightning Web Components, Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, Visualforce, and SOQL.
- Experience with Copado CI/CD pipelines and Copado best practices.
- Experience building REST APIs for external-system integrations and applying object-oriented design patterns and Salesforce data-modeling best practices.
- Experience in Agile and SAFe team environments, multi-team development environments, and multi-cloud architectures.
- Experience developing Salesforce reports and dashboards and working with Salesforce call-center setups.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
- Active Trailblazer account required.
- One or more Salesforce developer certifications, such as Developer I, Developer II, or Platform App Builder.
- Copado Fundamentals I or II, civic technology or government contracting, AWS cloud development, and Health Cloud implementation and development are preferred or advantageous.
