Responsibilities
- Analyze client and software requirements and convert them into feasible designs.
- Develop, modify, test, debug, and maintain software programs and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend performance improvements.
- Support software installation, system modifications, continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, and engineering staff.
- Capture client requirements and feedback and support timely, high-quality customer delivery.
- Track quality risks, usability, serviceability, error rates, release schedules, and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities to maintain current programming skills.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory experience with SAS Base.
- Ability to understand requirements, design software solutions, perform coding, and troubleshoot defects.
- Experience with software testing, validation, quality assurance, documentation, and reporting.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, analysts, functional teams, and engineering staff.
- Strong customer focus and ability to support timely delivery and issue resolution.
