Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the design, development, and delivery lifecycle.
- Establish and enforce development standards for code quality and maintainability.
- Make technical decisions and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Mentor team members and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication and resolve technical challenges.
- Drive continuous improvement to optimize software development processes and delivery timelines.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Agentforce.
- Proficiency in Agentforce.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and scalable system design.
- Experience leading software development teams and managing project delivery.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and code quality assurance techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
