Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, customize, and integrate software components and SAP modules for retail business requirements.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient, and business-centric software solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and contribute to team and cross-functional technical decisions.
- Lead coordination of cross-functional efforts to ensure cohesive software delivery.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for software quality and team productivity.
- Apply software development lifecycle and agile practices while supporting database management and data migration activities.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in SAP for Retail is required.
- Proficiency in SAP for Retail and experience customizing and integrating SAP modules for retail requirements.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and deliver effective resolutions.
- Familiarity with database management and data migration techniques relevant to SAP environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills focused on business-centric solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
