Base Salary
$225k - $325k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the AI strategy and delivery for business teams across Bullish Group.
- Identify, prioritize, and maintain a pipeline of high-impact AI use cases across business units.
- Build, configure, prototype, validate, and deploy AI workflows, copilots, automations, and agent-driven tools.
- Create a self-enablement model with tools, training, and processes that allow business teams to adopt AI independently.
- Build and lead the AI Enablement function from scratch, recruiting product managers, engineers, and process specialists as needed.
- Define and track KPIs for AI adoption, efficiency, and ROI, course-correcting when outcomes fall short.
- Report progress, outcomes, and strategic direction to the CTO, COO, and executive leadership.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with a product or technical background and demonstrated success driving operational change through technology.
- Demonstrated experience personally building and shipping solutions, not only managing delivery.
- Proficiency with AI workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools.
- Proficiency with AI/ML tools including LangChain, OpenAI APIs, Vertex AI, and Claude.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, generative AI, and agentic workflows and their application in business contexts.
- Experience working directly with business teams to identify problems, design solutions, and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Strong communication and influencing skills across senior executives and frontline teams.
- Experience in digital assets, financial services, or media is preferred.
- Background in business process redesign or operational excellence is preferred.
- Experience building a function or team from scratch is preferred.
