Base Salary
$200k - $288k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build core capabilities for AI-native dashboards and analytics experiences using JavaScript, React, Go, and Java.
- Drive projects end to end across frontend, backend, architecture, and product details.
- Partner with product, design, and sister teams to deliver cohesive user experiences.
- Balance speed, quality, and long-term maintainability in technical decisions.
- Help shape technical direction, raise the engineering bar, and mentor other engineers.
- Follow Snowflake’s confidentiality and security standards and protect customer information.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack engineering skills and a track record of shipping customer-facing products.
- Experience operating at a senior+ level.
- Ability to build robust, scalable systems in complex environments.
- Ability to move quickly, iterate, and work effectively in ambiguous 0-to-1 spaces.
- Strong product sense and deep care for user experience.
- Fluency with modern AI tools and their use in accelerating development.
- Sound judgment, clear communication, and high ownership.
- Familiarity with the Yegge Scale is a bonus.
