Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead technical strategist for public-sector engagements by translating mission requirements into architectural roadmaps and guiding onsite implementation.
- Architect production-grade AI application frameworks integrating interactive UIs, backend systems, and AI models.
- Guide cloud infrastructure evolution for security, global scalability, and long-term system integrity.
- Direct development of core platforms and shared services for diverse client use cases.
- Partner with cross-functional leadership on the technical roadmap and mentor senior and junior staff.
- Convert client and field lessons into reusable patterns for the broader engineering organization.
Requirements
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, or equivalent deep industry experience architecting complex distributed systems.
- 10+ years of full-stack experience with Python, Node.js, React, Kubernetes, and global cloud infrastructures such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience designing high-scale, production-grade architectures with strong system integrity, security, and scalability.
- Extensive experience deploying and troubleshooting end-to-end solutions in complex, high-security client environments.
- Leadership experience resolving ambiguity, mentoring senior staff, and setting technical vision.
- Proficiency in Arabic.
- Experience building LLM-driven solutions is a preferred qualification.
- Experience as a startup CTO, founding engineer, forward-deployed engineer, or dedicated customer engineer is a preferred qualification.
- Experience working cross-functionally with operations is a preferred qualification.
