Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for frontend technologies including React and NextJS.
- Define product strategy, OKRs, and roadmap in collaboration with Product and Design.
- Communicate with senior management about status, risks, and product strategy.
- Develop and deploy applications and features cross-functionally and on schedule.
- Mentor and educate developers through knowledge sharing and pull request reviews.
- Implement engineering best practices to help the team ship quality code faster.
Requirements
- At least five years of software engineering experience.
- Experience with ReactJS, NodeJS, GraphQL, MySQL, and TypeScript.
- Experience designing and building cloud architecture, backends, middle ends, and web applications.
- Experience implementing and maintaining unit tests and end-to-end tests.
- Strong knowledge of service-oriented architectures and backend REST APIs.
- Familiarity with continuous integration.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Preferred experience with web development performance and Web Vitals monitoring.
- Preferred experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI environments.
- Previous experience leading or mentoring teams is highly valued.
