Base Salary
$149k - $201k/yr
Responsibilities
- Implement and manage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) modules for customer environments.
- Support UDS deployments across AWS EKS, Azure AKS, and on-prem environments.
- Build and maintain custom UDS packages and application-specific modules.
- Adhere to SLA commitments and provide on-call support for critical UDS issues.
- Serve as the primary technical interface for System Integrators and customers.
- Develop and deliver tailored technical training content for customers.
- Coordinate customer onboarding and ensure smooth UDS adoption.
- Gather feedback to improve products and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance deployment efficiency.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and optimize strategies.
- Experiment with new tools and technologies to improve mission outcomes.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency with Terraform, Kubernetes, and containerized applications.
- Proven experience as a Platform Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of hybrid cloud architectures and networking.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AKS, AWS EKS, or on-prem Kubernetes.
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and effectiveness in a remote team.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel for on-site training and support.
- DoD IAT Level II certification is preferred but not required.
- A DoD Secret clearance is preferred but not required.
