Responsibilities
- Develop technologies for AI infrastructure, including LLM training infrastructure, inference infrastructure, and AI agents.
- Optimize post-training workloads such as reinforcement learning training and knowledge distillation.
- Improve inference engine performance, execution parallelism, and GPU kernels.
- Develop infrastructure for computer-use agents, coding agents, agent memory, and agent sandboxes.
- Collaborate with academia and open-source communities on joint development.
- Analyze emerging technologies and present research and products in academic papers.
Requirements
- Completing or recently completed a master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience with at least one area: LLM training infrastructure, LLM inference infrastructure, or AI agent infrastructure.
- Ability to learn continuously and quickly understand and apply new technologies.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Preferred: contributor or maintainer in AI infrastructure open-source communities such as vLLM or SGLang.
- Preferred: computer science conference publications such as OSDI or MLSys.
