Responsibilities
- Implement and enhance product features from conception through deployment in line with business objectives.
- Design and develop content management systems using React, Vue, and JavaScript, with approximately 50% of time dedicated to frontend work.
- Write clean, secure, testable, scalable, and documented product or system code.
- Participate in planning, development, testing, and deployment across the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with product, client, and cross-functional teams to deliver features and resolve integration issues.
- Use AI-assisted coding tools to improve development speed and quality.
- Contribute to application reliability, scalability, and product ownership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a record of shipping production-ready products.
- Full-stack experience with PHP 8.0+, object-oriented programming, Symfony or Laravel, JavaScript, jQuery, React, and/or Vue.
- Active experience using agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.
- Experience with MySQL and/or PostgreSQL and in-memory storage or caching solutions such as Redis or AWS ElastiCache.
- Understanding of AWS and basic DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of microservices, microfrontends, BFFs, and asynchronous communication systems such as RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka, or Amazon SQS.
- Ability to consider business and product impact in addition to implementation details.
- Familiarity with Clean Architecture or DDD, Go, PlantUML or Mermaid, distributed systems, high-load services, Kubernetes, Helm, and Istio is a plus.
- Strong communication, collaboration, ownership, independence, and willingness to learn and share knowledge.
