Responsibilities
- Work autonomously on software design and software development activities.
- Act as a key contributor in complex environments and lead team activities.
- Understand internal and external client needs and provide proactive advice.
- Assess project issues, formulate innovative solutions, and drive teams toward technical and commercial goals.
- Explain difficult concepts to varied audiences and motivate team members.
- Build informal networks with key contacts outside the immediate work area.
- Manage costs for a specific project or work area when required.
Requirements
- Demonstrated competence in software engineering, programming concepts, software design, and software development principles.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in complex environments.
- Ability to lead software design and development activities and communicate difficult concepts clearly.
- Ability to assess project issues, develop innovative solutions, and work effectively under pressure.
