Responsibilities
- Design and execute test strategies based on functional specifications and business workflows.
- Develop, document, and maintain automated test cases integrated with CI pipelines.
- Conduct exploratory and acceptance testing for new and existing features.
- Analyze test results, investigate failures, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
- Improve test effectiveness, reduce manual testing, and optimize QA processes.
- Participate in peer reviews and share QA best practices.
- Identify testing gaps and drive improvements to testing practices, automation frameworks, and product quality.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of software testing experience focused on web application automation.
- Knowledge and experience with C# or Java, web services, and REST APIs.
- Proficiency in test design practices and techniques.
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver or similar automation frameworks.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about product quality and continuous improvement.
- Preferred: familiarity with Acumatica ERP or other ERP, CRM, or financial software systems.
- Preferred: experience with Bamboo, Git, SQL, and database validation.
- Preferred: experience applying AI tools to improve test coverage, automate repetitive tasks, or analyze defects efficiently.
- Demonstrated initiative in driving testing and quality improvements from concept to completion.
