Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain data-centric full-stack web applications.
- Build reusable React UI components and scalable FastAPI API endpoints.
- Write unit tests and end-to-end tests and perform manual testing.
- Collaborate with UX designers, data engineers, account managers, and clients to deliver features aligned with business requirements.
- Contribute to technical and architectural decisions supporting reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Engage with clients, communicate project progress, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and serve as a technical point of contact.
- Document work for ongoing development and maintenance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack web application development experience.
- Proficiency with TypeScript, React, and Python, especially FastAPI or a similar framework.
- Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux and chart libraries.
- Experience with databases and ORMs, including SQLAlchemy, Alembic, Snowflake, or similar technologies.
- Understanding of DevOps principles and cloud infrastructure, including AWS, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent English communication skills and the ability to work across teams.
- Client-facing or client services experience, including building rapport, managing expectations, and communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Scrum or Agile methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and the ability to work effectively in a remote-first collaborative environment.
